North of Scotland Manager - (Job ID : BC Manager)
Our client requires a manager for their homeless support services in the NE of Scotland. Duties will include support and supervision of staff in the projects, promoting the work of the organisation to local authorities,managing the implementation of policies and procedures and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure service needs are being met.
The successful candidate will be:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
OR Attaining or have obtained SVQ4 in Social Care
Experienced in working in a social care setting
Excellent in their written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated, able to work under pressure and unsupervised.
A full UK driving licence is required for this post.
