Our client in Aberdeen requires Support Workers with a proven track record to work in a busy but friendly residential unit for children with disabilities.

Candidates will be expected to confirm and determine present needs, identify future goals, and desired outcomes on an ongoing basis.

Be able to facilitate the meeting of needs and goals through support and provide assistance in accessing other services and programs so that service user's personal outcomes can be realised.

You must also provide emotional support during stressful life changes.

You will have a minimum qualification of SVQ Level 3 and a desire to work as a Support Worker with Children with Disabilities. Excellent communication skills and the desire to help service users grow to their maximum potential.

All candidates that have come to the UK within 5 years will need an overseas police check from their home country. Full referencing and Enhanced Disclosure Scotland needed.
