We are looking to recruit experienced Cooks to prepare and serve nutritionally and attractively presented meals and snacks to reflect the individual needs and requests of the service user. To comply with Health and Safety requirements in the kitchen and other catering areas.

Main Duties for Cook

·     To plan the menus subject to agreement with the Senior Cook and Unit Manager, in order to provide varied and interesting meals and snacks for service users and staff

·     To cater, where necessary for any special diets, consulting with service users on their preferences and providing a choice of menu

·     To incorporate and make the best use of fresh vegetables and fruit in the diet of service users

·     To maintain a check and control of food stocks and be responsible for the ordering of stores stock

·     To prepare ‘’home baking’’ to reflect the service users wishes

·     To ensure all aspects of current health and hygiene legislation are adhered to

Our client well known stylish city centre restaurant requires an experienced Chef de Partie with proven track record to join their already successful team

The ideal Chef de Partie should have a wide range of cooking skills, and be able to cook a wide range of food, from classic cuisine to contemporary dishes.

BREAKFAST CHEF

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join their already successful catering team.

As a Breakfast Chef you will be freshly preparing hot/cold buffet, cold meats, and fresh fruit spreads.

The successful candidate must be self motivated, trustworthy and should deliver a high standard of breakfast to a small team whilst maintaining the highest quality of presentation and hygiene.

Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 7am – 11am
