Support Workers- Alzheimer Outreach

Our client is looking to recruit Support Workers to join their Outreach Team in Aberden City Centre. 

The Outreach Team exist to provide support as well as promote the independence of service users, living in their own homes,  who have been diagnosed with Alzhiemers or Hunjtington's Disease.

Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for visiting clients around the city, keeping their care plans updated, liaising and referring them to other agencies where extra care is needed.

Care Assistants - Looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to make a difference to vulnberable people's lives

Needed for an elderly care home in Banchory candidates will preferrably have at least one years experience in elderly residential or nursing care. 

Duties include assisting in personal care, washing and dressing of services users, indoor activities and social events.

Customer Care Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day management of support staff within an operations team.  You will work to ensure service delivery is of a high standard and comply with all necessary legal, regulatory, quality and policy requirements.  You will also ensure that staff resources are managed effectively and that customer service standards provided to both service users and customers remain high at all times.

SVQ in Health & Social Care Level 3 (or equivalent) or demonstrated willingness to work towards award required.

Registered Nurse / Social Worker

Minimum of 3 years experience in a direct care role or social care field.

Looking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic individuals to work with vulnerable people in the city  who suffer with mental health problems.

You must have a thorough understanding of emotional issues, be able to promote independence by helping and encouraging others develop their confidence and skills.
