Our clients recquire support workers who are flexible and dedicated in their approach. All ASCP workers are subject to 3 years of referencing and a full Disclosure Scotland check and will have at least a years experience in social care.

Aberdeen SCP are looking to recruit Residential Childcare Workers for the Aberdeen area.  Candidates must have at least 1 years experience working in residential childcare or similiar. All candidates are subject to 3 years referencing checking and disclosure scotland checks.

Our client requires a manager for their homeless support services in the NE of Scotland. Duties will include support and supervision of staff in the projects, promoting the work of the organisation to local authorities,managing the implementation of policies and procedures and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure service needs are being met.

The successful candidate will be:

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

OR Attaining or have obtained SVQ4 in Social Care

Experienced in working in a social care setting

Excellent  in their written and verbal communication skills

Self motivated, able to work under pressure and unsupervised.

A full UK driving licence is required for this post.
